Medicare Certification & Recertification

If you sell or intend to sell Senior Care Plus Medicare Advantage Plans or plan to recertify please review the study guide and the preview test. After you have reviewed, please login to EvolveNXT and select the Onboarding tab, then select the blue “Start” box to begin the onboarding/recertification process. The formal Medicare test will be included in the onboarding process.

All brokers must go through the recredentialing process annually by logging in to your EvolveNXT profile.

The study information is for licensed insurance agents that are onboarding with Hometown Health and Senior Care Plus for the 2023 Plan year. Accessing the plan presentation material for purposes other than onboarding is a violation of CMS Marketing and Communications regulations.
