Underwriting and Proposals
Small Group
Hometown Health small group employer offerings have some of the best rates in our service area. Employers may choose up to a total of three plan offerings in the metal tier (gold, silver, bronze) that works for your business. We offer both HMO or PPO plans, depending on your location in our service area.
