What is Vue?
Vue is a software portal that will allow us to “OnBoard” Agencies and Agents. It will help ensure we are in regulatory compliance by tracking and managing agency and agent profile information like licenses, Appointment, E&O, certifications, payment preferences, contract and BAA, etc.
Vue is also an Agency Commission Tracking and Payment System. It will allow Hometown Health to track and pay Agency Commissions electronically through an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

How does Vue work?
Vue will be integrated with and work very closely with our eQuote system. Agents and Agencies who log into eQuote will have access to the Vue software portal.

What does this mean for Hometown Health?
Vue will help ensure we are in regulatory compliance regarding the Agencies and the Agents we work with. Additionally, new agents will be onboarded quickly and efficiently. It will also allow us to pay agencies commissions in a timely and accurate fashion.

What does Vue mean for our broker partners?
For the leaders of Agencies, they will have visibility into pending and past commission payments from Hometown Health to that Agency. They will also be able to receive their commission payments electronically through EFT.  For our Agents, Vue will be the portal that they use to “onboard” i.e. upload their licenses, certifications and the signed appointment agreement. Thereafter, they will rarely interact with Vue until it is time to upload the license renewal.
Please note: To onboard into view all agencies and agents must have an active eQuote account.
